The primary use of Do Pincettes is to easily plant carpet plants into the substrate. Simply grip a small cluster of a carpet plant, such as glossostigma shown above, and plant directly into the soil at an angle. Then release the grip and remove pincettes. Repeat as necessary and plant as densely as possible for the quickest plant growth possible.

You can also use pincettes to place small stones tied with Riccia or moss with precision onto the substrate between other carpet plants to make sophisticated foregrounds in your planted tank.
